Huaxing Chemical has a national technology center with first class facilities and more than 350 professional staff, a combination of technical research, new product incubator and talents train center. The center has more than 200 sets of international analysis and test equipment. It also includes Process Research Laboratory, Central Research Laboratory, Formulation Research Laboratory, Bioassay Greenhouse Unit, Multifunctional Pilot Plant and more than 10 plots of Trial Field. 
  
Approved by the Ministry of Personnel, Huaxing Chemical has established a "post-doctoral research workstation” with University of Science and Technology of China (USTC). Thus, Huaxing Chemical can share the sophisticated talent resources with USTC. The workstation, combining with Technical Center and Pesticide Research Institute, is responsible for new product development, technical synthesis, formulation recipe, and overall R&D.
